Fall Wedding | Apple Valley, California

It was a beautiful Fall afternoon in the high desert for this lovely wedding. It was also unique in that the bride asked me to design her bouquets and boutonnieres in permanent botanical (silk) flowers, while the reception centerpieces and ceremony flowers were designed using fresh flowers. It was fun seeing the perfect blending of both fresh and silk designs!

The bride first purchased her silk pieces from our Etsy Shop. Then we designed the fresh flower pieces using the silk pieces as our inspiration! The bridal bouquet featured burgundy and white roses, blush anemone, seeded eucalyptus, hanging amaranthus, burgundy dahlia and blackberries.

The silk bridesmaids' bouquets also featured burgundy and white roses tied with long burgundy ribbon streamers.

Even the guys' boutonnieres matched the Bridal bouquet with a simple burgundy rosebud.

The fresh ceremony flowers matched the silk pieces using burgundy dahlias, white roses, waxflower and seeded eucalyptus. Each arrangement was nestled in a rose gold mercury glass compote vase.

The table centerpieces featured the same flowers with the addition of some pepper tree, red hanging amaranthus and curly willow.

The cake was a show stopper!

We would love to work with you on your wedding or special event!
